Larkin Landscaping has been around for 32 years, which leads us to believe we are the most experienced and skilled full-service landscaping company in Northern Utah for commercial and residential buildings. Our landscape services entail total Installation of sprinkler systems, concrete work, water features, fire-pits, retaining walls, patios and walks, fencing, outdoor lighting, rain-gutter sleeving, decorative rock, bark materials, and trenching. Each client will receive a free consultation and a custom landscape design to fit their desire and needs.
In addition to landscaping, Larkin Landscaping offers full-service lawn Maintenance. Our lawn care maintenance services entail total yard care, mowing, fertilization, aeration, Spring and Fall cleanups, sprinkler start-ups and winterizing, sprinkler repairs, weeding, flower planting, shrub planting, tree planting, pruning, trimming, blowing, edging, snow removal, and salting/ice melt parking lots and walkways.

We have record of you calling us daily, multiple times a day and our sprinkler tech daily to get those sprinklers fixed and adjusted for you so they weren't hitting your car when it was parked in the driveway. We were very accommodating to you and your needs and met all your requests. Calling us scammers is defamation of character and we take that very serious because we are very proud of our work and the sprinkler tech that was sent to your house has over 30 year of experience and our clients tell us how much they LOVE him and we have never had an issue with him. To anyone thinking about using our service: We have been taking care of this yard for years- for the the current homeowners and the prior homeowner as well. The homeowners have loved using us for the past 10 years and they continue to use our services today. Jody is merely a renter in the house and was fine with the bill until she realized that the home owner wasn't going to pay it because the home owner didn't request the work. We also told Jody our sprinkler tech price per hour prior to the work being completed and she still insisted that we come up and work on her system. Jody was also happy that our sprinkler tech that took the time to go through the sprinkler system with her and how to use the control box. This is just a disgruntled person who is trying to get out of paying her bill, and by far the most difficult person we have dealt with. We are a family business who strives to do our very best. This complaint is unwarranted and unfair.

Permits

Very unprofessional and scammers! They came out to fix my "sprinkler issue" but was told I didn't have a sprinkler problem and that it was bugs in my lawn. They stayed for almost two hours adjusting my sprinklers and showing me how to use my system (which I didn't ask for but when a someone maintains your lawn this is always covered!) I then got a bill for over $200 @ $100/hr!!!! I am furious!! They demanded payment even after I explained what happened. I told them it was a bogus charge and I would not be paying it and I plan to see them in court!
Not to mention they did a terrible job "maintaining" the lawn. It was consistently full of spiky weeds that my kids would step on when playing in the lawn.
DO NOT USE LARKIN LANDSCAPING!!!
