On Jun 23, 2021 LaRocca was hired to do minor concrete work around my house that I was selling. The concrete work was completed and LaRocca was paid in cash $2100. However, Joe's team did not collect the debris as promised (see photos). I attempted to contact him via Txt, Email, and Phone. He said he would collect it, but then I was blocked from txting him and he never returned my voice messages. The concrete blocks are very large and i cannot pick them up myself. I now have to hire another person to pick-up the large debris with added expense by Jul 13th. This is unacceptable and is NOT a completed job. I hope he reads this and makes right what he promises. If he does i will remove this post. If not, I will request a refund for the amount it will cost me to have the debris collected. This is considered an unfinished job.
The quote from his website reads --> "Don't take a chance with other contractors that leave a mess, walk off the job, or just simply don't call you back. We give you peace of mind in knowing the finest professionals are here to serve you."
