    Contracted by my landlord, and was told to replace a 200a Main disconnect. Told Landlord he would put in what he had in storage (a 150a disconnect). When I (the homeowner) wanted to talk to the electrician, he (Art Duncan) replied "I only answer to the landlord. Then he (Art Duncan) proceeded to leave my residence without doing any work leaving my home powerless.
