My son bought a renovated home in Oct 2016. Larry Home Construction did all the work. Extremely low quality work & problems throughout the house due to improper construction. These people had no idea whatsoever of home remodeling. Countertop was installed improperly, renovated bathroom had no trap in shower & there was sewer gas leaking & overflowing. When being repaired by our contractor he showed us there was no waterproofing behind the tiles. To fix this problem cost my son an additional $5,000. Second bathroom floor tiles are popping. Contractor said they will need to be replaced because they didn't use the proper grout. I can only imagine what is behind the new tiles in the shower..The day of closing one of his workers came out to fix a door that was not up to code. He damaged a wall & proceeded to try to fix it by caulking it!!! They used caulk for everything. We told him to leave & had to get our contractor to finish the work. Completely unacceptable work! I cannot even begin to think of what lies ahead. More repairs & more money. Stay away from this company!!! I would NEVER recommend them!! The only reason I gave them a star is because I could not submit this review without choosing one. I give them a ZERO star!!
