He changed the electrical units in my house. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. He does not overcharge his customers. I would and have recommended him to my friends.

Mr. Miller came recommended to us and was chosen by our warranty company as the Electrician in the area. We were informed that upon his arrival, there would be a service call fee and he would diagnose the issue, write and submit a ticket to the warranty company and schedule the next available time to come out for immediate repairs. Mr. Miller showed up to our home the initial time with his children in the van. He seemed very rushed and only concerned with the money and if the home warranty company would pay him for the repair order he submit. I felt discouraged because he lacked empathy for our situation of already being without 65% of power in our home for over a week. The security system was down, appliances were out, both bathrooms and no power to the furnace to heat our home. On top of being unprofessional and showing me in his phone other customers that didn’t get approvals for simple fixes, he said he was not going into the attic where the junction box is located on this visit but would on the next visit if approved by the company for repairs. He assured me that he knew what the problem was since he’s been doing this so long and would write the ticket and submit It that night. The following afternoon I contacted my warranty company to find out that nothing had been submitted for our home. They reached out to him while I was on the line and he said he planned to submit everything after he completed his work for the day. This action confused me and made me question why he lied and told me that he submitted the order already when we spoke that morning. I didn’t complain because I was just desperate to get our home back to a livable condition. The follow day, we received an approval and date for Mr. Miller to return for repairs of what he stated was the issue. The day Mr. Miller arrived for the second time, he went in the attic and came down like he had made a mistake. He said our home needed to be rewired and he wasn’t getting paid enough to do the work. He said he only submitted the order for something minor but he could run some wires and get our lights back on. Once he completed what he could do, he said I would need to submit a new ticket to my company and his work was done but only a temporary fix. He still left us without heat, and function-able outlets in both bathrooms. I immediately contacted my warranty company to report what happened and that the problem was not fixed. They apologized and said that Mr. Miller was not suppose to do any temporary work. They reached out to him to find out what happened and gave him an opportunity to submit what he found the real issue was so they could cover it. 48 hours passed and Mr. Miller submitted a retaliation response stating the issue was something that was not covered so that the warranty company would deny the claim. Since then, we had to file an appeal, find another company and still be without heat on some of the coldest nights. Finally, a new reputable company came out and found the issue to be a simple fix. I could not believe Mr. Miller could ethically operate in this manner. The disappointment is indescribable and I would not recommend Mr Miller’s company to anyone I care about or speak to. His actions were reckless, sloppy and unprofessional. Homeowners deserve to be treated with respect and concern especially during a crisis such as the one we encountered. My hopes is that Mr. Miller improve his customer service and stop taking short cuts in order to pocket more money.
