Their manager promised a full remodel but after having 2 people
in my house for 3 weeks just to tile a very small bathroom (and I had to buy
them a battery for their truck because Larry Teague left them stranded at my
house) I had to buy everything myself and finish the remodel myself. They took
$3,900 (plus $400 in court fees) and only tore up my bathroom and had tile laid. When I asked for my money
back they said I owed them $600 more and I filed with the BBB. When I filed
with the BBB they had their lawyer right me a letter and threatened to put a
lean on my house.I actually had to take them to court and easily won the suit but as we left the court
their lawyer came to me and said I wouldn’t get my money unless I took my
complaint off the BBB site. Of course I
never received my money because it is worth it to me to let everyone know how
unethical these guys are. The owner (Louis) even had a house arrest anklet on when he
came to court the first time.Avoid this company at all cost. They will steal your money, lie to you
and not perform the work. -

I am Mary Lee, a single retired woman of 64 age. Larry Teague came to my rescue after AA a/c sent a tech out who removed a part from my neighbors unit and told me I need a new unit, Louis of Larry Teague saved me over $1100. The tech Jeremiah was professional, clean and thorough. I have also dealt with Rebecca, Donnie and Cat. I will always call them for any need including plumbing in the future. My neighbors too were impressed and will use them.

Absolutely inaccurate information from this guy.
Do your research this company is horrible!!!! Owner will not return calls back on a brand new system in the middle of July that hasn't been working sense I got it. Had to call and make like I wanted to buy a new system with a different name, he called me back in 2 min. If you wanted it done right go with someone else!
This guy is a crook!!! Needless to say iam getting my money back and they are coming to pull the system out of the house -

On Tuesday 8/6/2013, I secured bids from several different local companies for the air conditioner not cooling at my elderly Mom's home, prior to selecting which company would win my service. One of the bids came in from Larry Teague & Sons who was the first to submit a bid to my Mom. We were given 2 options because we were told the air compressor needed to be replaced for $ or we could buy a brand new unit for $. At first it appeared the service technician was truthful, honest and knowledgeable. But after dealing with several different other companies I can honestly say that I believe we when not treated fairly or given a honest diagnosis by Larry Teague & Sons and the cost was over inflated. The final price paid came in less than what we were quote by Larry Teague & Sons and it beat all other bids.
My Mom's A/C system is still working and is being used every day because we did not need to replaced the entire unit or purchase a new air compressor that was supposedly bad as quoted by Larry Teague & Sons but in fact there was only a leak in the unit which caused the Freon to be low and had to be replaced. -

This business is no good don t pull permits on jobs and simply take your money and run. Look up license number it is held by a woman under Browning heat and air. Owner louis stuart jr is shady as they come. Been told in the hospital when I call.Try jail. He was released yesterday on ankle montering, Dont get taken in by this business . public record, look it up yourself Duval county

Had new A\C unit installed. I have had to have service techs out five different times. My warranty is up and now Larry Teague is charging me for service calls. I am very displeased that they are not a company that will take care their customers when they created the problem with a bad product or inferior service techs.
