Avoid Larry Zynn at all costs! He comes across as reputable and honest, but he is neither and the quality of any work he might do is fair at best. I gave him a sizeable deposit for a large drywall job. When I was ready for him to start the work, I got a runaround for which I learned that he gave the money to his ex-wife and could not buy the material for the job. I was able to get him to pay back a small amount of my deposit and work off a fraction of it and then filed a legal complaint against him. It was ultimately dismissed as he could not be served as he seems to be a drifter. I hope this review will spare others from sharing my experience.

Beware of Larry Zynn from Coatesville and avoid working with him at all costs. This guy is a scam artist who took our money for the second milestone of our contract and then disappeared, leaving us with an unfinished basement remodel, unpaid bills, and damages that need to be fixed. We're taking legal action against him and reporting him to the police and attorney general on Monday. He owes us almost $20,000 in materials and work that he never delivered, and he owes $3,000 to one of his associates who helped him with the job. Don't let him scam you too!
Little more detail: we found Larry's son, Cory Zynn on social media and based on the reviews, invited him to do an estimate. He came and gave us a price, but then his father took over the job. Cory came to help one day, but now no one wants to take responsibility of the state it's in.
PS: the license PA166741 is registered under Cory Zynn's ex-girlfriend, not Larry Zynn.
