  Plumbing issue

  My property management company sent this plumber to my house on Thursday 2/7. We had a shower backed up with excrement and a leaking toilet. He snaked the line and claimed the issue was fixed. But he never entered the house to fix the leaking toilet even when my husband asked him to. He claimed it was not on the work order, it was. Today is Saturday and the leaking toilet has gotten much worse. We now cannot use any of our plumbing, if we do the downstairs toilet overflows. We called the PM and they said they would have someone come out. Seven hours later and we were still waiting for the plumber. I called them to get an ETA at the 5 hour mark and was met with a nasty attitude from the receptionist Brittany. She felt it was ok to speak to me in a demeaning and condescending tone and kept referring to me as MISS but not in a respectful way. I told her this bothered me and she continued. I informed her that she was being very rude at which point she said "I don't have to be nice to you, you don't sign my check" wow. So I called my PM and explained that I will not allow someone like that to disrespect me when I've been waiting all day to use the restroom. I was told she would apologize, but when I called she said "The only thing I'm sorry for is saying you don't sign my check" not sorry for being rude and unprofessional at all. All she had to do is say I'm sorry if you felt I was being rude that was not my intention. Clearly that was her exact intention. She is not a good person and lacks any level of professionalism. I attempted to inform Larry of his employees behavior and he decided to scream over me instead of allowing me to finish. Clearly he behaves in the same manner as his employees. My PM is forced to send them this time because it is an emergency. They will never be allowed around my family again. And my PM will be putting in writing that I will not have to deal with them again.

  In my experience companies that behave like this don't stand the test of time. There is no excuse for horrible customer service especially in this day and age. I will be informing everyone I know to go elsewhere, I suggest you do the same. After all what kind of a company doesn't even have a yelp page. Not one review, I had to add this company myself in order to review. They have no Facebook page, nothing. I think that speaks volumes about the level of service they offer. He's been in business for 10 years. Why doesn't he have any reviews?

  They finally showed up over 7 hours later. The technician could not find the issue so he claimed we just clogged the toilet. One problem, no one used that toilet today. He said well I don't know why you have poop and tp everywhere. Because genius, the downstairs toilet overflowed with the upstairs toilet waste this morning. He walked away mid sentence, rude just like the other two people we talked to today. My adult sons both confronted him because he was so unprofessional. He says he doesn't have time for our drama and leaves. I cleaned the bathroom, toilet still leaking. And he left poop hand prints on the wall. Nasty, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to women. Go elsewhere!

  My landlords hired Larry to unclog a sink ,they were able to unclog it , but later the sink backed up again. They never left a call back number, and my land lords never called back. The back up was caused by my washer machine for clothes, when in spin cycle the draining water filled up the sinks. My landlord stuck me with the bill, and said that the plumber said it was excessive noodles. At first they said it was oatmeal, and I told them that no one eats oatmeal in this house. I felt that this was done so that the tenant was going to pay for this no matter what.Because of this I would not consider this company to anybody.
