Terrible communication, poor service, expensive, and utterly unwilling to work with you. I requested a service, explained what had been done already and what I wanted done. Larry's came in and redid what had already been done and did not do what was requested. When they sent the bill I called them to explain what they did was wrong. They refused to work with me, even after I offered partial payment. The problem was still not fixed. I had another plumber come out, do what I requested Larry's to do, and the issue was fixed for a third of the cost. Larry's continued to refuse working with me sent me to collections after not responding to multiple requests for a reduced bill. They said they'd get back to me. When I asked them why they sent me to collections they said that I didn't follow up enough with them. I paid the collection agency. Do better business.
