Owner
I worked with Larsen architects some time ago on a remodel to combine 2 condo units in a luxury condo building into a singke 3.000 sq ft home. His design was creative- including curves in a ceiling in a back hallway, in an entry walkway and in the half-island in our open plan great room. This was done in an innovative design that used flat french doors and curved wall and molding so it appeared that we had curved cherry doors. Our foreman repeatedly commented that he had never seen plans that good. Floors that needed to be graded (very unevenly poured by the building) were accurate to 1/8” - he’d thought of everything. Very easy to work with in every way. Our project is on his website.
