Brian came out to replace our Unit in the fall and it was cold. He said he had to come back and add the proper amount of freon because it needed to be warmer to fill it. He said there is no hurry to do it just give me a call in the spring when it you are going to use the unit again. So being the trusting people we are we made the mistake of paying him in full. Spring came so we called him. He said okay no problem we will be there on Monday. Monday came and he never showed up. We called again and he rescheduled with us again. He never showed up again. Once again we called again and made another appointment, needless to say he did not show up again. After 3 no shows we had a good idea we would never see him again, but we attempted to call him again day after day and leaving messages on his phone. He never called back or answered his phone again. We believe he blocked us. So we had to call another company to complete his work which ran us another $865 which we should not of had to pay.
Brian can do the work but obviously not too good at completing the work. Buyer beware if you pay him in full you will never see him again. Obviously his warranty on his work is also a taillight warranty. When he pulls away and you no longer see his taillights your warranty is gone!!
If you use him we hope you have better luck than we did.
