I hired Larson Builders, LLC to build us a detached garage with a 2nd floor. After paying a deposit, the project started in May, 2022. The crew was experienced and the work was satisfactory. Unfortunately there was very little communication from the owner(Lenny Larson) regarding the actual material costs and payment schedule. I requested an itemized list of costs and never got it? I didn't know what the cost was for OSB, lumber, windows, doors, ETC. The invoices only said "materials". The project went over budget and we ended up stopping the project before everything was done, due to costs.
