I recently hired Larson Landscaping to build a beautiful backyard. We agreed on a nice design and I paid Justin Larson 10,000 for the agreed upon work due to the fact I would be out of the area during the work time frame. Once the work was done Justin called me and advised the RV pad he had placed cracked immediately. Within 4 days the RV pad and roadway approach had over 12 cracks. I advised Justin he needed to pull the concrete and redo the approach and RV pad and he advised me he would take care of it. That was over three weeks ago with no response from Justin. I have left numerous texts and calls with no return response. I even offered him an open time frame to redo the work.
Needless to say I am left with poor and subpar work that has to be redone. I am currently filing a small claims breach of contract suit. I would not recommend this business for any work due to lack of professionalism and subpar work.
