My experience with Larzelere Construction has been terrible, costing me countless headaches, stress, and huge costs due to delays. A project that they bid at less than 10 weeks is now at over 30 weeks and still unfinished. Workmanship quality is unreliable, from marginally acceptable to downright poor. In addition to being late, there are 41 open defects or incomplete items. Unfortunately, Larzelere is unable to resolve the issues in a timely manner. This left me with no choice but to hire other contractors to complete the job. I had to file a lawsuit against Larzelere Construction -- you may visit the Santa Ana court for case details.
