Lasting improvements installed windows in my home last fall. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The work was done in less than two days and I am very pleased with LI and the product. I have recommended LI to my friends and they have used them for roof replacements and one for window installation after they saw the results of my project.

Brad, Russ and the entire Lasting Improvements team has gone above and beyond the call of duty for their customers! When disaster strikes in the Midwest with the usual hail or wind storms, these guys are on the ball working around the clock to get their customers taken care! As an insurance agency we place our full, 100% trust in referring all of our customers to Lasting Improvements to get their work done and will continue to do so! Everyone has not only loved their work, but has been impressed with their quick resolutions as well as the fact that they take care all the back end work for the customer as well!

Excellent work done by this crew!! Brad and his team will not stop until the job is done right and to your 100% satisfaction! I have used Lasting Improvements to build my new deck, roof, inside railings, and skylights so far. I will be using them much more in the future and will continue to recommend them to all of my family and friends!

They replaced a roof for me. Before the work was done I made it clear to them that I had very expensive gutters and leaf guards and that it was imperative that they not be damaged. The roofers were very sloppy and when they left the leaf guards were left loose and lots of trash was left behind. They even put a couple of damaged shingles on the house. It took at least 10 phone calls and 4 repair attempts over 2 months to get the damage fixed. I even talked to the owner of the company and was promised they would make it right. The second time I talked to the owner he actually hung up the phone on me. Terrible workmanship and horrible customer relations. I would never recommend Lasting Improvements.

Brad has gone the extra mile to make sure everything is top notch quality. We've had a couple of call backs and Brad has had our issues resolved immediately. We're getting ready to start another remodel with Lasting Improvements and have no doubt we'll be more than happy when they're done. They'respectful of our property, courteous and when they're done there's no clean up on our part. They're the only contractors we deal with due to their reliability, workmanship and guarantees. Highly recommend Brad and his company.
