Latigo Construction Company completed phase 1 of a 3 phrase project. Working with Latigo was a dream, great communication and the project went as well as could be expected for a large remodel. Unforeseen problems were solved without too much delay. It was a pleasurable experience working with Latigo and there crew. The job site was kept clean throughout the project, materials were organized in space in our garage which was discussed prior to starting the project. All inspections were passed timely. Latigo will be completing phase 2 and 3 of our project. I highly recommend Latigo Construction Company for any type of Remodel.

I also had problems with Latigo Construction's work on the solar panels on my home. They were hired by my roofer to remove and replace my panels. Unfortunately, they had trouble with getting paid by my contractor (which is a whole other story). When they arrived to replace the panels, they performed the work incorrectly. They didn't connect much of the array and my system sat useless on my roof for the better part of a year until I could get the manufacturer out to repair their botched work. Since their contract was with my roofer, I have no recourse to recover the nearly $5k I paid to repair their shoddy workmanship. Beware.

John and Jake were hired to repair our Solar system. They had to be called out 6 times for various problems that they caused. The final problem happened when they replaced our old Solar panels with new ones on an existing frame. When the first gust of heavy wind came through our valley, they were blown off!! When we called Jake, he said that the problem wasn't theirs, but was ours and stopped taking our calls and refused to make a claim with their insurance. We are out 16,000.00 just for the Solar panels and another 24,000 for the system they put in that won't work unless the panels are replaced! Do No Hire Latigo Construction for any work! They do not stand behind their customers. We are currently filing suit against them.
