    This company is absolutely horrible. Complete scum bags taking advantage of people. Refuses to fix customers house after promising to fix it for 17 months and then wants the customers to sign a contract as well as delete the truth they have been posting about this horrible company. Save yourself the headache, money, and time. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

    We purchased a house by this man.

    We purchased a house and the backyard has been a swampland since we moved in. There are multiple dead and dying trees left on our property for us to pay to remove. The house has had some issues inside and getting people to come out and fix them has been a task. Gary unfortunately hasn’t been pleasant to deal with. He sold a house and when problems came up he eventually turned on us after we pissed him off because we complain too much. I guess he would have been happy with this swamp as his backyard. He was very attentive and made us think he would make all this right, now we are contacting the news, going through social media to find help to fix these issues he left us with and ultimately looking for legal aid. We are contacting the licensing board and going after the city to figure out why they passed this house. Nobody stopped to think about the people who would buy this house. Our hard earned money was never taken into account and it’s sickening. The stress we have endured in less than 6 months of home ownership is disheartening. Our shower floor cracked and is separating from the tile and it’s things like this that have made this a nightmare. Hatley plumbing was not helpful at all, they claim the water doesn’t heat up quickly because the heater is in the right side of the house and because that’s just how new houses are built and they claim it’s because we removed the shower heads and upgraded them, they say the water saving function on new heads makes the water stay cold longer (seriously??). Also while we are at it the house was supposed to come with a FRAMELESS shower door and they put in a semi-frameless one instead, and that too was not leveled and the doors have never worked right as a result, which by way was verified when they sent somebody out to fix this and they couldn’t because whoever installed it couldn’t even level a damn door. The landscaping company who made this mess has been so unhelpful because they clearly don’t even know how to grade the yard but tried to act like they are doing us a favor by coming back to “fix” it…well news flash Gary, it isn’t fixed! Gary told us he takes land that’s unbuildable and makes it into beautiful houses and I’m not sure if he realizes how stupid that sounds but I guess in the end we were the dumbasses that bought a house from him and are now going to pay for this for the rest of our lives. Thanks for taking what should have been a happy time and turning it into a mourning period. This entire experience has been regrettable and we wish somebody would have warned us about this man.

Gary gives you more for the money without sacrificing quality, which is why we keep coming back & referring others to him. If you want it done right for a fair price then call Gary Laton. Many say that they serve God, but Gary demonstrates it.
