Laurel Brook Homes built condos in Bowling Green KY. My warranty punch list was suppose to be done in 12 months. It took 20 months and a lawyer to get it completed. Many hours waiting on workers who were no shows. Promises made and no completed. I would not buy a home from this builder.

Our experience with this builder has not been pleasant. Our new home is beautiful, and we had fairly minor issues, which are to be expected. Our issue is service after the sale. Warranty repair requests go unanswered or halfway complete. I have had a disassembled light laying on our back porch for almost a full year with many promises it was being repaired. Buy with caution in regards to warranty. Home quality is good, but most licensed builder do produce good work. Service, in my opinion, is a differentiator for contractors, and it has not been a pleasant experience for us.

Horrible experience. Mislead throughout the process. Builder is clearly overextended on both capacity to deliver homes as well as ability to service customers.
