Guess business must be good because I can't get a return call - spoke to someone initially and was ready to move forward with them on an in-ground pool and they said Eddie would give me a call .. Never happened, so I called and left another message and still no return call.

We reached out to Laurel pools to get a quote on 8-14-2020. This was done through Laurel pools website. Eddie reaches back out to us. Hands down the most unprofessional email chain. His emails responses were one word. Came off like it was a total inconvenience for him to reach out to us. When I mentioned how unprofessional his emails are his response in one word “multi tasking”. I’m glad he did what he did, first impressions say a lot about what type of service I might end up getting. We decided to head back to Anthony Sylvan pools.

I was told by the owner that it was a 3 day project, it's been 3 months. My yard is a total mess. when I asked about what would be done about it, I was told they normally don't take care of that, but they would do it for me. Lol, as if they were doing me a big favor. when I came home I could believe my eyes. what a mess. It looks like I will be spending the whole weekend cleaning up this mess.

Laurel Pools builds a good product, unfortunately their customer service does not always live up to the sales expectations. We were assured that they had appropriate licensing the county in which we wanted our pool built, yet I was the one that had to follow up with the building authorities and Laurel Pools, whose representative admitted he had let his license lapse. While this matter was eventually fixed, it took 3 months longer than represented and caused our buildout to be bumped until late in the summer, early fall. There were mix ups in schedules, build-outs, inspections and even costs that were not clearly communicated. Again, we eventually resolved, but it was quite a hassle. They also installed the filter incorrectly, which another company had to come and fix. We were treated as though we had spent $10 on a product instead of $35,000. I think there is a lack of communication between the sales people, the actual builder and the staff that services the product. We were disappointed in our experience, though we do love our pool. However, we will, in future, get other companies to service our pool.

Terrible experience. We wasted 9 months with this very unprofessional company. Too many excuses, customer service is non existent. Thank heavens we are not using them, per their unprofessional suggestion
