STAY AWAY FROM MARC LAURITO. Terrible builder and contractor! Cheap materials and cheap labors are used. Don’t even know how he passed all inspections. Several of new houses he built have all kinds of issues after the first two years. I talked to his workers and he even wouldn’t make their payment on time. Don’t be deceived by his lies and promises. He never cares to solve problems with you after he got paid. Don’t trust him. He should go out of business. If you are trying to buy a new house from this builder, please learn from our lessons and STAY AWAY!
