I had a good and bad experience with my floor installation. My flooring supplier was mostly to blame, not Lavalle flooring (they installed it ). My flooring was 1.5 weeks late arriving but the install was still done within our timeframe. We were shortened material for our stairs causing Lavalle flooring to have to come back to finish, which caused an added expense to my bill. I recommend Lavalle flooring do the measurements also so they can't charge more for additional trips to your project. I installed porcelain tile, which turned out fantastic! My l.v.t. has a few areas that have gaped so that will be an issue as time goes on. They did tear out some of lvt and reinstalled but there are still some gaps. Overall experience was good, just learned to have them handle the measurements and ordering of materials. I would recommend them for the tile work, it was great!
