I'VE owned a home in Westerly for about 9 years.,,.when I bought it it was a fixer upper I guess you'd call it....Since that time I've had to have quite a bit of work done. Being from out of state we weren't familiar with quality contractors in the area and we paid the price, again we paid the price..!!!! $$/.....we had tile and concrete work done , floors, an addition, roof, fencing ,siding, plumbingm electrical , andscaping and windows etc. Well bottom line ..Lavallee windows and siding is the only contractor that I'd entertain giving a 5 star rating...here's what they did for us.....Came to inspect when he said he'd be there, recommended repair vs. Just replacing., quoted , did the job as promised on a day he said he'd be there, corrected the imperfection (from previous ham and egg contractor) that also saved me $4000....
If u have needed a contractor yourself you will find it hard to believe they did all these things ...but if u never hired a westerly area contractor you are saying .."so what is this guy talking about , Lavallee did nothing special.. oh reallly...
