We hired Mr.Milton to remodel our master bath and our Hall bath in full. He brought in his contractors for a quote. I had no surprises or issue with structure of house/bathrooms. I emailed him a link to Ferguson supply prior to our purchase for him to review. He did not review nor did his sub contractors. He did not get any permits, until the city showed up. He said he would finish in 7 - 10 days. It took almost 2 months. The tile contractors were on point. The plumber was ok, but did not correct his issue as a professional should. Mr. Milton provided 3 updated quotes. Quote included work He did not do at all or complete. Errors and delays were due to his lack of knowledge around the products selected. Damaged merchandise and damaged walls and window sills which appeared to be questionable repair solutions. Walls look shabby and not professional. DO NOT USE. As they say. Ask for previous clients that he did work for. I forgot that one thing. Yes license and insured, but not qualified!
