I have used Lavery Enterprise LLC. They gutted a bathroom and rebuilt from beyond scratch.
There where many legitimate issues with this project that delayed the process. When I discussed this with Rob (the owner) he was very attentive to my concerns and managed his subcontractor to fix the issue immediately.
My point is, not to say a bad thing (some things where out of either of us control" but he took control and fixed it).
The project had been delayed due to my vacation and I had a house sitter there. I trusted Rob and Tim to give them the ability to come and go into my home when I was not there. They even had a plumber that rescued my run away dogs lol.
They have also gutted my basement (an over flowed wash machine from above floor ) and put a huge deck on my back of the house. Again, without incident .
I would highly recommend this company and have. With all the horror story's I've heard and recently being left a widow I was a bit apprehensive.
Again a+.

I would’ve left 0 stars if possible. Robert Lavery is a thief. He took full advantage of my property and has stolen thousands of dollars from a job he was contracted and fully paid for. Every time he acutually “worked” on the property for a week or two he’ll insist on needing more money and the project will be put on hold for months.I could never reach him I had to have my insurance or mortgage company reach out. When he would finally contact me he’ll always be on “vacation.” This man ultimately “quit” the project with out completing and racking up thousands of dollars in fines from city hall due to the trash and conditions he left the property in. My lawyer has since tried to contact him and says he has not renewed his business license since June 2022.I’m sure he’s still working under William Lavery and Kevin Coates (deserves same review if not worse). They are all related and do business together. These men will get what they deserve and I will have justice soon.
