Hired by my HOA not me. Because of the poor job they do and the mess they leave behind I stopped having them do my yard and pay extra above my HOA fees to have my own contractor. Still having problems with Lawns Plus even though they are instructed to stay off my property, they don't. Property is marked with flags indicating they should stay off. They come along after my contractor is done and mess up his work. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. I gave them one star but they are minus one based upon what I have experienced with them. I would not recommend that you hire this contractor.

Our HOA uses this contractor - not me. I recently had my own contractor provide a fall aeration and seeding. My HOA told me I had to contact Lawns Plus directly to put in a do not mow request. Called Lawns Plus & left messages 3 times asking for do not cut request. They never called back to confirm. Fortunately I was home the day they showed up to mow our block. I had to run outside a flag the guy down to ask him not to mow.
