Since Nov. 24th tried to get service to remove leaves, no one ever came. Their calls about it is some one is coming is always yes and their on the way or will be there today.i got excuses like lawn mower muffler broke, I have covid, inclement weather, usually told me they would be here and no one ever showed up.very frustrating, a horrible business. There customer service calls are out of state and they can not reach people supposed to be working. They should not be in business. I would call and they would tell me they are coming, I would wait and wait, I would call them back around lunch and get same answer, no one ever came.
