I called this company for a quote on replacing a few roof tiles. after getting pushed off for a couple days the Dad called me to say he drove past my house and could do the repair for $250. They never knocked on the door and I stayed home specifically to meet with them! The son called me the next day and told me he's too busy with other projects and we were too far away from them. when I thanked him for the quote he hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

He did an R&R for me a month ago, good crew, used good mats and was cheaper than some of the "big guys". Never got the sense that I did with some of the other players that I was being upsold

I contacted Frank jr. who along with Roy Hansen arrived at my home at the appointed time. They were both very friendly and explained about their company. They inspected the roof and emailed me a bid in about 3 business day. Their bid was very competitive. They completed my project within their estimated time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Frank Lawrence and Sons to anyone.
