I paid him $30,000 to renovate my family’s cabin—a lifelong dream of mine—and was left with unsafe, unpermitted, and poorly executed work. The HVAC system failed and caused the water pump, water heater, and plumbing to freeze. The electrical wiring was dangerously done, the insulation incomplete, the dishwasher improperly installed, and used materials were passed off as new. He only refunded $6,000 and walked away from the job. I’ve spent thousands correcting his shortcuts. Please protect your home and wallet—avoid this contractor at all costs.
