Lawrence Brothers have performed several projects at our home that ranged from construction to repairs. All were competed on time, within budget, and with excellent attention to detail and finish. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, ease of working with them, and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

Had cody put in a camera system in our house. He was knowledgable on the installation and worked hard to complete the job. Friendly and informative on the system and how to get it set up and monitored. He even followed up few days later to check on how the system was working. I would recommend him for your next job.

Turnkey Contractor Solutions L.L.C. is the contractor that after extensive search was the contractor we picked to elevate our home. My wife and I had met with several potential general contractor house lifters,many came but never followed up,some had great pitches but when Cody Lawrence came over with his partner Jorge Urbina to review our job we felt a honest good feeling they gave us a fair deal with assurances that the job would start promptly and completed within a reasonable time sounded good too good,we were told that everything would be covered that N.Y.Rising required so thinking it over my wife and i signed a contract with Turnkey.We heard the horror stories about other projects and were skeptical.Turnkey started on time and what a pleasant surprise they had there crew on the job every day so far except Easter Sunday till the present that's 9 weeks straight and our lift is nearly complete the finishing touches are all that remains and they still are there everyday,Cody told me when we signed the contract that we would not regret it and they would be the best contractor that we ever had.Boy was he right,look not that we didn't have some bumps but i brought these to there attention and there was never a problem to resolve them right then and there.never did they bicker with me or try to tell me and excuse why it shouldn't be changed and some were personal preferences didn't matter it was addressed to my liking.And i must say Cody and Jorge also changed things to make the job right,things i didn't notice but they told me they want to do things right that was assuring and i slept good feeling our home was in great hands.We cant say enough about them i have given them the highest recommendation i can,our house looks better than ever, we are so satisfied with the project, we get such positive remarks on how our house looks and the neighbors tell us that the crew never argued, were clean and busy all the time.they also were wowed with the time frame our job took.I keep a calendar with the details of what is being done on a daily basis.I guess you can tell they are everything they said they were and more,what a pleasure to work with.I want to add we upgraded things that were enhancements we were giving fair prices for this work and the jobs came out better than i expected no corners cut.I was in construction and hoped for an good job,but we got one better than if i did it myself and I'm picky.Give them a chance you will be happy I'm sure.

Cody did a wonderful job for us. We originally contacted him about an outdoor kitchen, but when we reassessed our priorities and realized storage was more of our pressing needs, he was immediate and understanding, giving us a reasonable quote and a timely and accurate timeline.
The custom built-ins he built added to our playroom have been extremely well done and are being put to good use by our two little ones (kids have soooo much stuff these days!). He was on time and most importantly communicative throughout the whole process and reasonably priced. He was a pleasure to work with and we even asked him to do some other smaller projects along the way, like installing a ceiling fan in our very high ceilinged living area. I’d recommend working with him and we likely will again in any future projects.
