Lazaro Torres from Ultrafence is a thief. He took a $3000 security deposit from my mother, a retired senior citizen, and did not complete any job. The permit for the fence was denied and he refused to return the money even thought he had done absolutely nothing. He has no work ethics and should be ashamed of himself.

Lazaro knows his business and the lady that answers the phone is polite. That’s about all that’s good I can say about contracting with Lazaro. If you decide to contract with Lazaro make certain you watch and inspect their work prior to handing them your payment. The workers attempt shortcuts. Such as cutting down fence post to ground level rather then removing the hazard metal poles. These metal poles have burs and metal shavings that can easily seriously lacerate a person walking barefoot or with light sandals. Dogs and cats can easily have their paws stuck in the metals hole and risk further serious injuries. Lawnmowers and lawn tractors can be seriously damaged. I called back on several occasions to have the aforementioned shady work corrected. I was promised by both Lazaro and the polite lady on several occasions that they would respond back and correct the hazard they’ve caused and negligently created. They never showed up on the several set days promised to fix the problem and now won’t answer my calls or respond to the messages I’ve left. I’ve used Lazaro twice but I can promise you that I’ll never use them again. I must now contract with someone else to fix the problem caused by Lazaro’s crew or risk liability.
