Severely disappointed in my experience with Lazy B Fencing. They refuse to refund my deposit on a railing order placed 57+ days ago that was originally promised a 2-week lead time. I’ve been told repeatedly that I would be contracted with an update soon but they never do. I have constantly reached out for updates but keep getting run-around on timeline of when to expect installation. Even after repeated requests to cancel order I’m still waiting to hear back with confirmation. Would not recommend as a professional vendor.
