    Considered for Whole Home Remodel

    It’s often said the first time you meet someone is the most important because we form all of our initial perceptions based on that one experience - this is my review for Lb after only one meeting. We met with one of their project coordinators to discuss our scope of work. During our time with the project coordinator, several things we were interested in incorporating into our bathroom remodel, as well as other work needed to be done, felt like it was disregarded or looked over by the employee. He seemed very knowledgeable of what had to be built to code, which was great, but sometimes it felt like things we were saying just didn’t matter to him. Ultimately, they said we would receive a quote for the remodel in a couple days, but never heard from Lb. Granted, I never sent a follow up message, but going back to my original comment, what kind of perception are you creating by never getting back to the customer regarding the scope of work. Even if they felt they wouldn’t be the right fit for what it was we wanted, a simple follow up message in that regard would suffice.

    I’m looking to spend over $50k for what we need, the last thing I should be in charge of as a customer should be keeping the contractor on task. Maybe they do incredible work, and are aggressively priced. I will never know, because I was left feeling like my scope of work wasn’t important enough for them to follow up with me.

    Choosing LB to do my new home remodeling was the WORST decision I have ever made.

    When Ben first came to my new home and estimated the areas that we need to remodel, he seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. He also promised that his people are very professional too! Therefore we trusted him and decided to use LB to remodel my house. However, this was the beginning of the nightmare..

    There were some unpleasant things that happened during the remodeling(e.g. LB workers used my new fridge and cooked in my kitchen. They bought a cheap primer for my kitchen cabinet painting but told me they used a high-grade primer and charged me double), but here I just want to describe the HORRIBLE work they did. To make things short, the dishwasher they installed was SO sloppy which caused flooding under my kitchen sink and damaged my cabinet!!!

    I tried so hard to forget about those bad things LB brought to me after the remodeling, because we finally moved into our new home. But I strongly believe that this is something that I must speak up!

    In my opinion, LB workers were not professionally trained in plumbing and electric, they know how to do it, but NOT do it well!! If you don't want the results like mine, choose other companies to remodel your house, NOT LB!!!!
