Have called for a minor repair and have been promised 3 times now that they would call and schedule an appointment. Would prefer them to just decline and tell me they are too busy for the small stuff. Will move on to an electrician who can either take the job or decline it without promising what they cannot deliver. Disappointed that they cannot do what they say they will do.
