Michael Lance Balling
Lance has done several projects for me. After the first, I always call him first on any new project to see if he wants it. He was more than fair, he was straight up in telling me how far out he was (big problem with subs stringing you along saying a couple weeks when they really are further). I never get a feeling of anything but honesty from him. He gives me a couple options on what we can do (remodels) and gives his recommendation and the why. Pricing has been fair, and he has been a good communicator. Lots of good marks compared to my other experiences the last few years with others.
