Contractor bade higher than competitors in area, after a bid was complete contractor added additional fees that were unexpected, communication was not clear, disappointed in quality had to hire someone else to finish job, unprofessional all around.

When he was pressed for better explanations he would lose control of his temper very easily. I don't trust Richard at all and I will never work with him again.
