Sorry for the delay - but my computer went bad just at the completion of the project. Now that the computer is somewhat functional I can say that, in these very different times, I have been very fortunate to have LBJ as a partner in this project. Now that it is complete I can say that it surpasses any expectation I had to begin. In spite of the difficulties within the current environment, the pieces of the project successfully followed, one after the other, to produce a result - outstanding both as a functional and aesthetic final product. Construction has not started. Waiting on architect drawings. The drawings were promised by a date and were not completed. New date is "tomorrow (Tuesday) and no later than Wednesday". Disappointing due to the amount upfront fees required by the contractor.
Started out feeling a lot of trust. Now have so much invested up front I cannot afford to look for another contractor.;
