Very shady group. Once you get past the sales person you must deal with dishonest employees that make up their own rules. Refused to give us installing Contractor info to enable us to process a building permit --as required in our area. Their paperwork clearly states the customer must get permit. Not returning calls as stated they would. They 'think' they are not refunding our deposit. They shall see very soon what our state says about that. Pay more- go elsewhere and deal with honest people.

I purchased a metal building from Carport Central who does not manufacture or install. The building was to be installed in Virginia. Carport Central contracted with LC Contracting for everything. While applying for the building permit, I was first told that LC contracting does not share their credentials., What? After pulling teeth they provided the need information for the building permit. Turns out they made up license numbers etc, and are not registered or have any credentials in Virginia. Shady and I am the one facing the county personnel. Carport Central then changed the manufacturer/installer to Front Line Steel Structures LLC.
