    gutting first floor, adding new second floor to my house

    LDA is the BEST! We had a 1950's ranch. LDA gutted the entire house, expanded the footing of the first floor and added a second floor. The entire project took 7 months. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, neat and clean. Someone was at the site everyday doing work. They only missed one day of work due to weather. All of their subs are fantastic. No issues, no delays.
    Any questions or concerns we had, Dominic/LDA was more than happy to talk to us . He made us feel confident about the work and we never had any trust issues.
    Our house looks exactly the way we envisioned it would be! We are soo happy with the all of the work done by LDA and their subs.
    We highly recommend LDA Home Improvement for any project you have... big or small!

    I would not recommend this contractor. Paid them in full and they refused to come back and finish the job. Had to pay someone else to complete it.
