LCP wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive. I hired LCP because I really liked Naphtali and I felt they would do a good job by the way she sold the company. We had a start date and they had to postpone a couple days to finish another clients home and I was totally fine with that, no problem. The painters started and seemed to do a good job prepping in taping off and masking most stuff. They did a terrible job prepping in filling in nail holes and sanding areas before painting and it all showed after it was painted. They were trying to finish my bedroom and bathroom and there was still clean up work to be done on my stairs. They offered someone to stay and clean up or $150 credit. I agreed to a $150 credit and I would do that work myself. Walking thru my room with Naphtali I pointed out several areas that looked terrible (wall paint on trim work and vice versa) Everyone just wanted this job done. They did a few touch ups and were done. As professional
painters and Naphtali in this business they should have all gone around to check the areas to make sure everything was clean and touched up. A couple days later I’m looking around and see paint on my ceiling fan where they didn’t mask off when painting ceiling, paint on the hinges on doors and several other places in room. I sent Naphtali pictures and said there’s a lot more clean up than anticipated and she said she would forward to Noah and he would get back to me. He never did. I found more paint on floors etc and texted again with pictures explaining the $150 credit was for me finishing the stairs clean up and I was asking to be refunded something for my extra work that was beyond the $150 for downstairs. The painters were just sloppy and should have never left paint on hardware, ceiling fan etc… I still haven’t heard back. I paid every invoice promptly without hesitation and treated the painters well with lunches desserts and drinks. Sad they didn’t take pride in their work like I was told they do. Because of all of this I will never recommend to anyone
