We bought a home and had to have the boiler replaced, we hired Allen and his crew, we received a quote for the brand new boiler along with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Have had issues from the moment it was installed with it turning off through out the night. When explaining the problem to Allen numerous times last year, he had excuses why he could not come back, and even accused me of lying that it didn't work. He has terrible customer service skills and does not stand behind his warranty. Now this year, we are still having problems with the heat not working, my husband tried to get in contact with him to come look at it, and he is expecting to be paid for his time. But again we are supposedly under a 10 year parts and labor warranty as stated on receipt. I am contacting the BBB and I would not recommend this company. Especially if there are any type of problems with the work. He should be ashamed for making us feel like we are lying about his faulty equipment. What reason would I have to intentionally have him come back to my home if there wasn't a problem. In the mean time I have to hire someone else to fix his mistake or my children will have a cold winter. Thank goodness for lawyers.

We had our home heating and air conditioning system installed by Allen from Leader Mechanical Services. They beat the quote we got from Peck and Wise Inc. by 30% for the exact same equipment!! The job looked great and they were quick, clean, and courteous, what more could I ask for. After finishing they answered all my questions and hauled the old units away. I would definitely recommend this company for all heating, air conditioning or mechanical needs. Thanks again guys!

I purchased and installed a new boiler in my home through Leader and the piece of equipment had issues due to a manufacturing error, not Leader Mechanical Services fault, and Allen came out to fix it using parts from Carrier itself, which cost me nothing because it was under warranty. After making him come out several times, the problem was fixed, and I haven't had an issue since! They are friendly, and VERY, very informative about how everything works, even giving me a better price than ALL the competition. When I buy my next home in a couple months, I'm using the Leader again, without a doubt!
