I apologize that we were not able to work with you on your project however your review of the matter is a lie. Our original appointment was for 3:30. I called you to ask if 230 would be ok for you to which you agreed. I waited for approximately 25 minutes in your driveway. After multiple attempts to contact you with no response I assumed you were not interested. I left your residence and never received any further communication from you. I do wish you all the best on your project however your review is extremely inaccurate. Further more I do not do business with people who waste my time by not showing to an appointment Brandon guy

Brandon Guy of Leading Edge Construction had set an appointment time of 3:30 PM on Tuesday, January 31st but actually came an hour early @ approx. 2:30 PM. When he called from my driveway I told him I was in bed and asked him to give me a few minutes to get presentable, since I had been very sick for the last few days. For some reason, he decided to just leave without even telling me! When I went to the door to let him in (which took less than 5 minutes), his truck was pulling out of my driveway and speeding away. When I tried to flag him down from the street, he pretended not to see me and just kept going. I thought he might make the block and return, but he did not. Then I attempted to call his cell phone to see why he left and he did not answer... I tried several times to contract him by phone and the calls all went to his voice mail and this was literally seconds after he left my driveway. I thought this was very rude and unprofessional on his part since he did not even get to see the flooring project or give me the courtesy of an explanation for his behavior. I feel he owes me an explanation and an apology at the very least.
