Kyle was phenomenal. I had alot of projects going on at my house and I hired him to just do my kids room paint, light spackle and molding. The crew I had doing the rest of the house was extremely slow and sloppy. I had them stop the remodel squared up our pay and I asked if Kyle could take on the task of completing the whole house he agreed and I couldn't of been happier with that decision. Hardworking young man with a great work ethic! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Contracted to hang drywall in kitchen, mud room and bathroom. Contractor quoted $3250 to have everything completed. I purchased supplies that Kyle needed, so I paid him in full for labor. It has been a month, this boy has made every excuse as to why he can not come out to the house to complete the work, he claims to work 120+ hours a week - does one job at a time - which indeed was a lie. A month later, the project is not completed, he continues to tell me that he doesn’t have money for gas to come to my house (despite being paid in full). When he did come down, he requested to be paid more money. When being told he wasn’t going to be paid more money, to finish the work that he was already paid in full for he then decided to stop responding to messages.

10/10 would not recommend. Promises you the world, seems like a very genuine and humble boy but he indeed will scam you out of money and not complete the job he was contracted to do.

I would highly recommend Kyle Lechner, I had a flood in my basement, the rug had to be ripped up & replaced with vinyl flooring in three rooms, bathroom remodel with new vanity & Toilet, sheet rocked, Painted, replaced moulding in three rooms was done within 2 weeks & was very patient waiting to be reimbursed by insurance company. His estimate was better than others & was very pleasant & hard working.

Quoted us 5k to paint the outside of our home. We agreed. He worked maybe a week. Starting at 3pm and worked until 8. Made every excuse as to why he couldn't paint. Already paid him up $3500. And he will not finish the house. Mind you, not even 15% of our house is completed. Nor will he give us our $1000 in paint we purchased. He stole our money. Beware.

Kyle Lechner was very professional, Gave me the best Estimate out of 3 contractors, was very polite & Accommodating, he picked up all the materials that was needed and worked in the time frame he stated in the contract, I have neighbors that already asked him to do work on their home, my wraparound deck came out beautiful. I would highly recommend kyle. Owner of Lechner Home Improvement for any work you may need done.

I would not recommend Kyle to anyone he paints a perfect picture like he knows what he’s doing but he really doesn’t be careful with this guy.this guy sold me dreams and showed me pictures of work he supposedly had done come to find out it’s actually pics of the people he worked for before stay away

This guy is nice, but I had issues with my room that he done. First of all, he paid us $400 to get rid of the trash. He took one truck full and left 12 bags of trash, and more stuff outside our house. We asked him to get rid of it and go no answer back. The other issue we had is he didn't finish the one room. We paid him 11,000 to redo my room and he did my room okay until my foot went through the floor. He cut a piece out of the floor and the floor is a floating floor. Now I have a hold in my floor. Never got the wall shelves I asked for had to buy them from Amazon. And we have a room that he was to put drywall up and he didn't come back to put the drywall up, so now we have a closet side hole in the other bedroom. I would not recommend Kyle to anyone. Im happy my room done but disappointed that he talked about how great he was and I got a disappointment back. The only good thing he did was the door. And the paint. I'm really upset with my foot going through the floor. I have pictures why the floor broken.
