I had hired Harry to remodel my basement. Also replace a few outlets and figure out why my pool heater wasn't running. Harry seemed like a great guy at first, but as I came to find out he was all talk. He came by to do the initial invoice and write down materials needed. After that I was greeted by a team of 2. Ted and this very young man who was his helper. Ted was very nice at first untill I started hanging around and asking questions. He would yell at me, say he can't do work with me breathing down his back. His workmanship seemed very poor. I would notice he would be rushing and leave screws out of switch covers etc. When mentioned I was told to back off. There were weeks when they would not come for 7-8 days at a time, stretching the job out allot longer then I had planned. When I would call to inquire about this, Harry started to have an attitude with me. He said " im the electrician here, you need to back off my men and let us do our work. I will get to you when I get to you!" And hung up on me. Harry had promised a certain price and acted like we were buddies. At the end of the job, the price had almost doubled. I asked why and apparently they ran into more problems then they thought and required more materials. The invoice was very bleak and I did not understand much of what I was getting charged for. I just wanted them out of my life at this point. I would never recommend L.E.C.O electric to anyone. If you have hired them I wish you better luck then I had.
