Overextended contractor; too many concurrent jobs. Poor communication...often times a week would pass with no activity and no schedule nor explanation. Poor engineering building skill; no slope to deck enabling water to pool and subsequently leak into family room ceiling...amateur repair. Deck railings not level, substandard wood. Rutted the yard, promised to fill ruts and never did. Some workers with this company really skilled, most uncaring with a just-get-crap done mentality. Spending major dollars to fix their mistakes/shoddy workmanship. Trashy build site; not at all neat/organized. Overall a major headache.
