Be very careful in your dealings with LeDonne Construction. They remodeled a home for rent and listed it through a real estate agent. My husband and I were the first of several families to fill out an application to rent the home. We agreed on rent and wrote the first month's rent check. Then the owner's son decided he wanted to live in the house and didn't want his daddy to rent it out. We were told no deal and the house was taken off the market. Having something in writting means nothing to this company. Watch yourself if you ever have to do business with this company.
