The come out in a timely manner. Gave a reasonable estimate. Did the agreed upon work quickly. The best part is after 3 years the fence looks as good as it did when it was first installed. Would use them again.

So initially Dave Dietz came out to give me a fence quote and seemed extremely friendly and more reasonable than the other fence quotes. I was trying to install a 6 foot fence at first, only to learn that my HOA is extremely strict on fence rules and would only allow a 4 foot fence to be installed. This was extremely upsetting to me due to some concerns for my oldest child who has special needs. I made him aware of the situation and asked him could you please show me different fence styles that comes in 4 feet tall style in accordance to what my HOA will allow. We entered in that contract and the Company came out and installed the fence in June. Yesterday I learned that my fence is not 4 feet tall anywhere. It is measuring under at 46’ and 47’. When I raised this concern to Dave yesterday he told me he would get back to me. Today he did and he told me “this is the way we do it for 22 years we installed a 48 fence but sometimes it can vary the height in different areas.” Well if you look at these pictures you can see that some places were dug closer to the ground and some places were left with a higher clearance but nevertheless on the contract the fence states it was supposed to be 48’ and it is clearly not. He also told me that he agrees to disagree and that he is not willing to help me further. Nowhere on the contract does it say that measurements may vary but it does state the fence height that I thought I was getting. I feel as though they miss represented what they were actually doing and do not want to do anything to rectify the situation that I would have worked with them on. Not to mention the way he spoke to me in such a cold rude way leaves me more upset that this guy was so friendly and now that they have been paid over $7,000 his attitude changed very quickly! All he would have had to have done is simply communicate with me that they may have to order extra material to actually be dug in the ground at 48’ and I would have happily paid the difference. Or if they would have simply not dug it so deeply to the ground in different spots it could have potentially been 48’ either way they don’t want to own their mistake. There are side by side areas that are visibly higher and lower. Who answers now to the HOA? That’s a question now that I asked Dave and he told me nobody ?♀️ Such a unrealistic response for a home owner and as a business they should know better then that themselves.
