Lee Lewis Construction of Conway

We had no problems working with this contractor, we had 30 days to be in our home. Lee Lewis, had everyone working together to make this happen. We have had no serious problems with our home. We have a settlling crack in the ceiling and they are fixing this with no issues. Thank you Lee for getting our home built to our expectations.

My inlaws are now seeking a legal battle over a giant rust spot and water seeping out of their driveway. After repeatedly contacting them. The solution is to clean the driveway. No its fix the driveway. The streak is 2' wide by 10' long solid rust and wet 24/7. They were kicked out of the developement if that tells you anything. I can send pics if you want. Not to mention the pergo floors that were all cut short and had to be pl200 glued to the foam backer to stop them from sliding. We have pics of all it!!!

Lee Lewis Construction Built my Beautiful New home In the Aynor Area. It was such a pleasure working with them during the construction of my home. The quality of Work is awesome and the field crew and sub contractors were very attentive to detail, From our trim and cabinets to our landscaping and concrete. Over all a company that builds a quality house. I will recommend Lee Lewis Construction to all of My family and friends!!!!

I wish I had read other reviews before signing a contract with Lee Lewis Construction. We had a problem with our footers being poured because the crew building our foundation didn't look at the blueprints. Along with missing brick straps and our rafters delivered a month early sat in water for a month, were just the beginning of our problems. This company started cutting corners as soon as construction started and it didn't matter we had a contract listing what was suppose to be built. Everything began to be an upcharge, even though we had a contract with these items included. An undersized AC unit being installed in the house was the final straw with this Co. Not only did he not install the unit he said he would put in when we sat down at our contract meeting, but installed a unit we told him we didn't want in our bonus room. After hiring an outside AC company to do a load test, they confirmed what we already new, the AC system and plumbing they put in would never cool the house properly. Because we would not give in to them doing whatever they wanted on our custom home they released us from our contract. This was the best thing that could have happened because we ended up buying a bigger house, in the same neighborhood for the same money. Like the above poster, this company doesn't care about their reputation or quality of work.

I would not use this company! The way they handle their business is horrible. Concrete work is horrible, landscaping is terrible, plumbing and just overall work on the house was such a let down. I understand they may contract some of their work out, but they should make sure the people they hire do good work. My neighbor used this Lee Lewis also and they have the same issues. It wouldn't be too bad if they came out to at least look at our issues, but I guess they don't care about their reputation or quality of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
