    Mr Lee was hired for landscaping and concrete/foundation stability work for a home in Fremont. The work was a 70/30 level of satisfaction, saying 30% was rushed and not completed properly to a high level of quality. Also Lee did not mention what quality of material he will use for the job. The total job cost was $15k but the work quality failed par in many areas like poor quality sprinkler system used, not enough sprinklers installed for size of lawn, mulch was offered free but the color we agreed to, fence cutting and nailing was rough quality and edges weren't smooth, concrete leveling was poor in some spots esp door steps, down-spout were crookedly installed into concrete, some areas new material was not installed, old still remained, garden weeding and cutting back trees were poorly handled. We called Lee back but he offered to cut the lawn for free but the above issues are still there. I don't think I can recommend him to others. This was our first home and major reno, we really trusted him to do a good job:(
