Tried to view a model home at Waterside in Lakewood Ranch, in Florida, but we were stopped at the door by the most incredibly rude sales person and grilled on our status financial and otherwise. The salesperson without introductions, or any knowledge whatsoever about us, determined we were not worthy of her time. We were informed in no uncertain terms that we were not welcome. So we will now have our new home built by Homes by Towne, much better looking homes, and their sales people are helpful, professional, and ready to sell. Do not even bother looking at the model. Ugly home, nasty people.
