Mr LeFever replaced our old and damaged patio with a stamped concrete patio. We love the pattern and workmanship. His workers were great to have at our home and were very respectful. We have since contracted lefever property services for additional projects in our home.

I was happy enough with the final work - in spite of showing up late, a string of "we'll finish tomorrow" and a lack of attention to detail. You get what you pay for. The real issue came four months after I paid the final invoice. Turns out LeFever never paid the subcontractor several thousand dollars and the sub was now trying to put a mechanics lien on my house. After several emails, texts and voicemails I got in touch with Ryan who had no answers but a pile of excuses.
Long story short - skip the hassle of having to find a lawyer, filing complaints with the attorney general and spending time trying to convince Ryan to pay what he owes and find a reliable contractor.
